Abstract
Two adults with advanced Hodgkin disease — one treated with combination chemotherapy, and one with chemotherapy and radiation therapy — developed Burkitt cell leukemia four and seven years after diagnosis, proved by cytochemical and ultrastructural study. Acute lymphocytic leukemia must be considered in the evaluation of therapy‐related leukemias. Keywords
