Abstract
The author reports dark-current measurements in single-crystal PDA-TS in the traps-filled limit (TFL) for conduction perpendicular to the polymer chain direction c. If the value thus obtained for the electron mobility perpendicular to the chain is taken together with previously measured values of the ratio of the mobilities for motion perpendicular to and along the chain direction, broad agreement is found with the values for the mobility along the chain direction as determined by Reimer and Bassler (1978) and by Chance et al. (1978) but not with the much higher values obtained by Donovan and Wilson (1979).Keywords
