INTERSTITIAL CELL CARCINOMA OF THE TESTIS

Abstract
Interstitial cell carcinoma of the testis with metastasis is rare; osseous metastasis is even rarer. A case presenting with involvement of bone is reported. This is a tumor which, both in its primary and metastatic sites, tends to grow more by expansion and lobulation than by infiltration. This pattern of growth may account for its appearance in bone, which in our case had many roentgenographic features of chondrosarcoma.
