Abstract
Fraction A of oxidized insulin was subjected to partial hydrolysis with acid and the resulting peptides fractionated by charcoal adsorption, ionophoresis and paper chromatography. It was concluded that the following sequences are present in this fraction: Gly.neu.Val.Glu.Glu.CySO3H.CySO3H.Ala, Ser.Leu.Tyr.Glu. Leu.Glu.Asp.Tyr.CySO3H, Ser.Val.CySO3H, and CySO3H.Asp.Keywords
