Eosinophil cell separation from human peripheral blood.

Abstract
A density separation method is described for the isolation of viable human eosinophil leucocytes from peripheral blood. The recovery rate of the eosinophils was about 52 per cent and they made up about 93 per cent in the final preparation.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
