Abstract
Dielectric and pyroelectric properties of PMN ceramics have been measured in the temperature range -150°C to +100°C. In addition to observing the expected frequency dispersion of relative permittivity and dielectric loss characteristic of a relaxor ferroelectric, there is evidence of a field-induced phase transition at a temperature, Tt = -80°C.Keywords
