Abstract
The design of a new multi‐axis recording stereo‐comparator, originally conceived for the analysis of stereo‐pair SEM images is outlined. In the three‐axis instrument for SEM work, X, Y, and delta‐X (or parallax) co‐ordinates are output directly to a microcomputer.Funding Information
