Abstract
This is the case report of a 20 year old man with juvenile polyposis who developed adenocarcinoma of the duodenum. Patients with juvenile polyposis and their families have an increased risk of developing gastrointestinal malignancies. Such patients require endoscopic monitoring.Keywords
