Abstract
The dipole strength has been measured in between 22- and 27-MeV excitation energy by inelastic scattering of 45- and 155-MeV protons. The dipole cross section is compared to the results of isovector-collective-model, distorted-wave Born-approximation calculations and to photonuclear experimental results.
