Abstract
An experimental course in mathematical ecology at the University of Tennessee is described. Applied statistics is not emphasized, the objectives being to develop: (1) appreciation for nalural affinities between ecology and mathematics, (2) familiarity with techniques of systems analysis, and (3) skill in the use of analog and digital computers. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
