Abstract
This paper presents a general method to synthesize a four-pole transversal filter composed of the banking of two two-pole filters. This method is here applied to the case of a transversal filter realized with quarter cut resonators acting on whispering gallery modes. Experimental realization at 20 GHz is presented to demonstrate the efficiency of our method. Keywords
