Abstract
The case of a 44-y-old woman with HIV infection and cytomegalovirus retinitis in whom antiretroviral therapy (HAART) revealed pulmonary cryptococcosis is presented. Pulmonary cryptococcosis occurred simultaneously with immune recovery uveitis after starting HAART, showing that complex clinical pictures may arise from immunreconstitution diseases. Keywords
