Abstract
An uncommon case of concurrent spontaneous CSF otorrhea and rhinorrhea with bone erosions, meningoencephalocele and empty sella with long-standing raised intracranial pressure is reported. Pathogenetic factors together with diagnostic and therapeutic aspects are discussed.Keywords
