Abstract
A wide variety of visual sensory and ocular motor problems may occur as a direct result of enlargement of the 3rd ventricle. Four patients were described with optic nerve dysfunction, partial 3rd nerve palsy, proptosis and Sylvian aqueduct syndrome all resulting from an enlarged 3rd ventricle. The pathogenetic mechanisms were discussed. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
