Abstract
Summary Pre-existing bacteriuria of 2 to 3 weeks' duration in the rabbit had no effect on either the histological integrity of the sialomucin layer (anti-adherence factor) of the bladder mucosa or the protective effect of this layer against super-infection.Keywords
