Abstract
Nearly all lake trout found in Great Bear Lake, N. W. Territory, Canada, were hosts to 2 intestinal parasites, (1) a cestode, Eubothrium sahelini, and (2) an acanthocephalart, Edtinorhynchus sahelini. The tape-worms from 2 different trout bad some of the acanthocephalans firmly attached to their bodies. The relationship was not truly parasitism, since the acanthocephalan proboscis is for attachment and not nourishment. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
