Abstract
Since 1976 there has been a 33% decrease in the number of Aboriginal children admitted to hospital in Kempsey, N.S.W. The number of "bed-days" due to Aboriginal child admissions has decreased by 46%. The most likely cause of this decrease is the establishment in 1977 of a medical service in Kempsey, which is run by Aboriginal people for Aboriginal people. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
