Abstract
The effects of progesterone and desoxycorticosterone, have been studied in a group of patients with myasthenia gravis including 3 young women who exhibited premenstrual exacerbations of weakness. Progesterone and DCA had a delterious influence upon myasthenia gravis after a delay of several days, and a decline in strength closely followed the occurrence of sodium retention. Keywords
