Abstract
In this letter, we propose an analytical model for a simple priority scheme for real-time applications in IEEE 802.11 by differentiating the initial window size, the window-increasing factor and the maximum backoff stage. Saturation throughputs and saturation delays of different priority classes are derived analytically. Keywords
