Abstract
Levels in and up to about 8-MeV excitation energy have been studied with the () reactions on and , respectively. Spectroscopic factors have been extracted for four states in and ten states . The levels at 4.58 MeV in and 4.09 MeV in may be the states that shell-model calculations predict at 5.75 and 4.97 MeV, respectively. Considerable strength is seen to the states between 4.71 and 8.0 MeV in , but very little is observed in much the same region of excitation in .
