Abstract
Single oral administration to rats of 240 mg/kg ethylenethiourea on days 10–21 of gestation produced viseer al anomalies involving the nervous, urogenitalt and ocular systems. and osseous anomalies affecting the axial and appendicular skeletons. The types of anomalies and organs affected were dependent on the stage of prenatal devolopment at the time of treatment. Keywords
