Abstract

A general method for the synthesis of chiral [¹⁶O,¹⁷O,¹⁸O]phosphate monoesters has been developed; the preparation and chiroptical properties of methyl (R)-[¹⁶O,¹⁷O,¹⁸O]phosphate are reported.
