Sex Differences, Financial Education, and Retirement Goals

Abstract
This chapter examines sex differences in retirement goals and responses to financial education seminars. Gender differences were observed in terms of desired retirement age, and savings and investment choices. Financial education seminars alter individual retirement objectives, with participants likely to raise their income objectives after the seminar.Keywords
