Abstract
Capillary electrophoresis techniques, particularly isotachophoresis and zone electrophoresis, are useful for the determination of various analytes in a wide range of sample matrices. This paper reports applications of capillary electrophoresis developed for detergent, food additive, herbicide, animal nutrition and biotechnology samples. Major advantages of capillary electrophoresis include versatility and speed of method development. Options for small ion analysis using modern, fused silica capillary instruments are discussed. This publication has 52 references indexed in Scilit:
