When he was 22 years old the nonprotein nitrogen was 30 mg per 100 ml. On an intravenous pyelographic examination the right kidney and ureter were not visualized on any films; there was prompt opacification of the left kidney; the calyxes, ureter and bladder appeared normal. A retrograde pyelographic study disclosed normal left calyxes, pelvis and ureter; the right ureter was not demonstrated. At the age of 25 . . .Keywords
