Abstract
Méthode d'introduction de centres initiaux pour l'algorithme d'agrégation autour de centres mobiles. Cette approche, fondée sur des his-togrammes de données, permet de fixer correctement les centres des classes initiates pour réaliser une classification sans connaissance a priori. La performance de la methode proposée a été étudiée à travers un example de classification multispectrale sur des données Thematic Mapper We present here an approach to the introduction of initial centres for the algorithm of aggregation round mobile centres. Based on histogram analysis, the proposed method enables the optimum location of initial classes for an unsupervised classification. Performance of the new and conventional methods are compared by means of a multispectral classification of Thematic Mapper data.
