Abstract
This article reports on the continuing development of a client-centred, handicap- based, interdisciplinary approach to goal planning at a neurological rehabilitation centre. Training initiatives and the development of standard documentation are described. Evaluation of the goal-planning process based on this documentation has provided evidence of a good level of staff competence in and commitment to the approach. Keywords
