Abstract
Because of variation in Ceratonia siliqua, seedling carob is used only as a stock on which to bud hermaphrodite and productive varieties. Full details of cultivation are given including: nursery and planting techniques, budding and grafting, pod production, harvesting, maintenance, likely pests and their treatment.Keywords
