Abstract
Reality has caught up with the Bush Administration's ambitious plan to vaccinate between 5 million and 10 million Americans against smallpox by this summer. So far, fewer than 35,000 people have received the vaccine, and many states have halted vaccination, awaiting further guidance from the federal government.Keywords
