Abstract
Bacteria producing musty and potato-like odors were isolated from fillets of cod and haddock and identified as Pseudomonas perolens Turner. They are psychrophilic and are able to produce their characteristic odor on a wide range of substrates.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
