Abstract
The neutron spectrum from the reaction has been examined from the threshold to a proton bombarding energy of 2.85 Mev. The reaction threshold was found to be 1.020±0.010 Mev. Many resonances were found in the neutron yield; these correspond to excited states of . A limited region was studied with a resolution width of about 2 kev, and an upper limit of 4.5 kev was found for the average observed level spacing.
