Abstract
• Interesting and rewarding cases were observed and treated by an American otolaryngologist who worked in Ghana, West Africa. The otolaryngologist treated such diseases as Burkitt's lymphoma, onchocerciasis, and scleroma, as well as other conditions, including tubercular cervical adenitis, chloroquine phosphate-induced hearing loss, and chronic otitis media resulting from measles and malnutrition.
