Abstract
The nonlinear equations that represent the behavior of valve-controlled hydraulic servomechanisms are derived, and the assumptions necessary for their linearization are discussed. Solutions of the nonlinear equations obtained by analog computation are compared with solutions of the linear equations. Attention is directed to the influence of the hydraulic parameters on the nonlinear closed-loop system behavior.Keywords
