Abstract
"The findings of this study reveal that educational administrators consistently have a greater desire to initiate influence attempts on teachers than teachers are willing to accept. The findings also provide suggested classifications of teacher behavior within which adminis trators can expect wide or narrow zones of acceptance for influence attempts.
