Abstract
The model presented describes the transport of relativistic electrons through extended media in the presence of static external magnetic fields of arbitrary spatial orientation. The material geometry must be one-dimensional; however, since the model employs a full three-dimensional description of electron and photon trajectories, one can easily obtain selected two- or three-dimensional outputs from symmetry-breaking source distributions and field orientations. Model versatility is demonstrated through its application to three diverse areas of pulsed-electron-beam research. Keywords
