Abstract
We study the symmetry breaking of a supersymmetric SO(10) models using a simple general method for decomposing high-rank tensor representations and calculating Higgs-boson-mass spectra. We consider in detail the symmetry breaking of the SO(10) group to some interesting subgroups, such as the flipped SU(5)×U(1), , and , with or without parity. We discuss some of the related phenomenological consequences.
