Abstract
Although many HPLC, [high pressure liquid chromatography] methods are available only a fraction of these are applicable to the analysis of known drugs in human biological fluids [blood, urine, etc.]. A favored approach for the quantitative assay of drugs in man for the subsequent study of pharmacokinetics and bioavailability is presented. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
