Abstract
In previous reports, tracts obtained by diffusion tensor (DT) fiber tracking were terminated or deviated by the brain tumors or surrounding edema. There has been no report showing diffusion tensor tractography penetrating through the tumor. A case of glioma is reported, whose DT fiber tract passing through the tumor was observed by changing the threshold of fractional anisotropy. Keywords
