Abstract
Laryngoceles are classified into 3 types: internal, external or combined. If complicated by infection, laryngopyocele develops, often with dramatic symptoms. Three patients with laryngopyocele are reported. Etiology, symptomatology and treatment are discussed. All laryngoceles producing symptoms should be removed through an external incision and, if necessary, through a laryngofissure. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
