Abstract
A transmissible lytic agent, or bacter-iophage of d''Herelle, for a thermophilic, gram-positive, spore-forming organism was found to possess the unusual feature of activity at high temp. (optimum [plus or minus] 50[degree]C, persisting to 57-58[degree]). This suggests a close relationship between the principle and the organism itself. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
