Abstract

In the reaction

{}^{73}{Ge}

(t,p

)^{75}

Ge, 30 angular distributions have been measured and compared with distorted-wave predictions to extract L values. Ten L=0 transitions have been identified, leading to

J^{π}

{= (9 / 2}^{+}

assignments—most of them new.
