Abstract
Polyphloretinphosphate (PRP) increased the effectiveness of intramuscularly administered ACTH both by slowing absorption and by reducing the destruction of ACTH by the tissues. ACTH in water was destroyed by rabbit serum or muscle extract in 17-19 hrs. at room temp. 2% PRP protected against this destruction. Keywords
