Abstract
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) cDNA was amplified from serum of 26/40 French chronic non-A, non-B hepatitis patients by the nested polymerase chain reaction. Compared with anti-C100, viral cDNA represents a more reliable marker of active HCV replication. Keywords
