Abstract
A new purification method for octopine dehydrogenase from the mantle muscle of L. vulgaris, is described. The crude extract was subjected to Sephadex G-100 column chromatography and preparative isoelectric focusing. A homogeneous isoenzyme 2 was obtained which was suitable for photometric estimation of phospho-L-arginine, L-arginine and octopine.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
