Abstract
Prediction of twin birth weight discordancy was tested in 116 gestations using sonographic measurements of biparietal diameter (BPD) and abdominal perimeter. Abdominal perimeter measurement differences of 20 mm or greater were more sensitive and specific than BPD difference in detecting twins with dissimilar birth weights. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
