Abstract
Measurements of the rotational transitions of and yield the following molecular and nuclear properties. For , =10,680.96 Mc/sec., g ; for , =10,629.35 Mc/sec., =78.9291× g . The molecular dimensions are: A and ∠FNF=102° 9′. The nuclear quadrupole coupling of is -7.07 Mc/sec. This yields +0.01× as the most probable value of the nuclear quadrupole moment of .
