Abstract
The eye-rolls of 20 subjects were video taped. These eye-rolls were rated according to instructions in Herbert Speigel's Hypnotic Induction Profile Manual by Spiegel and four of his “trained” students and five “untrained” psychologists. Results showed high inter-rater reliability for both groups. However, the “untrained” group assigned significantly higher scores. These results are used to explain a discrepancy found in the literature between normative HIP data. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
