Abstract
Man has viewed insects from many perspectives, one of which has been as major sources of damage to agricultural crops. Currently, the most advocated philosophy of dealing with insect pests is integrated pest management. However, IPM is still far from realizing its full potential as a combat strategy against insects. Keywords
