Abstract
This is a report of a 54-year-old woman who presented with unexplained osteomalacia, which proved to be due to a nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. A summary of published case reports is presented and postulated mechanisms of oncogenic osteomalacia are reviewed.Keywords
