Granular cell myoblastoma of the larynx

Abstract
Two cases of granular cell myoblastoma of the larynx are presented. In the 1st patient the tumor was excised by laryngofissure, and in the 2nd case by microlaryngoscopy. Based on this experience a review of this interesting tumor is made, and emphasis is given to the fact that this neoplasm may be mistaken for squamous cell carcinoma.
